OPP Wars - Organized Crime Edition

I decided to learn Lipgloss for FSF Adventures, and I already had an idea for my next game. It’s a satire game of drug wars, where your role is that of a police officer.
The irony is that you do the same stuff. You’ll buy drugs, prostitutes, and beat up homeless people.
Here is a screenshot of Bordello running in an MS-DOS emulator.
Now I’ve sort of made my own main menu, this is still in the early stages.
Don’t expect much for now, all the code does is draw this menu and exit.
